  • A Seven Week, live (online) experiential learning program that builds attention, confidence, and emotional awareness through photography.

  • The Mindful Photography Experience teaches children and teens how to slow down, observe their environment, and express themselves through intentional photography.

    This is not a technical photography class.
    It is a mindfulness-based observation practice that uses photography as a tool for focus, emotional awareness, creativity, and self-expression.

  • Participants develop real-world SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) skills through guided creative practice:

    • Focused attention and awareness of surroundings

    • Emotional awareness through reflection and observation

    • Confidence in personal perspective and creative expression

    • Patience, slowing down, and self-regulation

    • Empathy and perspective-taking through visual storytelling

    • Respectful group communication and sharing
