A Seven Week, live (online) experiential learning program that builds attention, confidence, and emotional awareness through photography.

The Mindful Photography Experience teaches children and teens how to slow down, observe their environment, and express themselves through intentional photography.
This is not a technical photography class.
It is a mindfulness-based observation practice that uses photography as a tool for focus, emotional awareness, creativity, and self-expression. -
Participants develop real-world SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) skills through guided creative practice:
Focused attention and awareness of surroundings
Emotional awareness through reflection and observation
Confidence in personal perspective and creative expression
Patience, slowing down, and self-regulation
Empathy and perspective-taking through visual storytelling
Respectful group communication and sharing
